Making it big!...while you can
Wham! continues to inject insurmountable doses of nostalgia leaving us cold in a brief moment of discomfort. Strange how most eighties acts create feelings of guilt for eventually growing up or maybe their songs did not fulfill their purpose of thinking - big! However, George Michael should be hailed as pop's major teen icon, probably one of the biggest in the decade. (The other one did the moonwalk!) By now it would be safe to say that there will never be a Wham! reunion, probably due to adverse critical commentary towards Andrew. Yet George owes his aging fan base a good showing, "Listen without Prejudice Volume 2" perhaps. Before their colossal three album run disappear into total pop obscurity under the "GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN" file.
